User Settings
This module covers personal account settings and preference features.Access Path

Settings Categories
Navigation Menu
Profile
Basic Information
Modifying Display Name
- Enter new name in the “Display Name” field
- Click “Save” to save changes
Language Settings
Supported languages:- English (en)
- Traditional Chinese (zh-TW)
- Interface language changes immediately
- Setting is saved to account
Security Settings
Password Modification
Only applicable for users with account-password login
- In the “Security” tab
- Find the “Change Password” section
- Enter:
- Current password
- New password
- Confirm new password
- Click “Change Password”
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Enabling TOTP
- Find the “Two-Factor Authentication” section
- Click “Enable TOTP”
- Scan QR Code with authenticator app
- Enter verification code to confirm
- Save recovery codes
Disabling TOTP
- Click “Disable TOTP”
- Enter verification code to confirm
- 2FA is disabled
Regenerating Recovery Codes
- Click “Regenerate Recovery Codes”
- Enter verification code to confirm
- Download new recovery codes
- Old recovery codes will become invalid
Email OTP
In some cases, Email one-time password can be enabled:- Click “Enable Email OTP”
- System will send verification code to your Email
- Enter verification code to confirm

Permission: Team administrators only

Notification Settings
Configure team-level notification preferences:- Email notifications
- System notifications
Logout
Click “Logout” in the user menu to log out of the system:- Clears local login state
- Redirects to login page
Data Storage
Settings are saved in real-time:- Personal data saved to backend
- Language preference also saved to localStorage
