Example Prompts

Stage 1: Actions Review

Purpose: AI decomposes your natural language into discrete test actions.

What Happens

  1. AI analyzes your prompt
  2. Breaks it into individual actions
  3. Presents the action list for review

Interface

User Actions

  • Review: Check the action list
  • Edit: Modify, add, or remove actions
  • Confirm: Accept and proceed to Stage 2

Stage 2: Scene Matching

Purpose: AI matches each action to existing scenes in your library.

What Happens

  1. AI searches your scene library
  2. Finds matching scenes for each action
  3. Presents matches with confidence levels

Interface

Match Indicators

User Actions

  • Review matches: Check each action’s matched scene
  • Change match: Select alternative scenes
  • Handle missing: Address actions without matches
  • Confirm: Accept and proceed to Stage 3

Stage 3: Final Validation

Purpose: AI validates the complete test sequence for consistency.

What Happens

  1. AI reviews the entire chain
  2. Checks for completeness
  3. Validates execution feasibility
  4. Presents final plan

Interface

Validation Checks

  • Dependency chains are valid
  • All required preconditions met
  • No conflicting actions
  • Execution order is logical

User Actions

  • Review plan: Examine the execution sequence
  • Modify: Make adjustments if needed
  • Execute: Start Stage 4 execution

Stage 4: Execution

Purpose: Execute the validated test sequence automatically.

What Happens

  1. Execution begins on connected device
  2. Each scene runs in sequence
  3. Progress tracked in real-time
  4. Results collected

Interface

Tips for Best Results

Writing Effective Prompts

  1. Be specific: “Log in with email” vs “Log in”
  2. Use app terminology: Match language in your app
  3. Order matters: Describe actions in sequence
  4. Include verification: “Verify success message appears”

Handling Missing Matches

  1. Create scenes first: Build your scene library
  2. Use alternatives: Check suggested alternatives
  3. Manual fallback: Some actions may need manual design

Improving Match Quality

  1. Name scenes descriptively: Clear names help AI matching
  2. Add descriptions: Detailed scene descriptions improve matching
  3. Consistent terminology: Use same terms in prompts and scenes
